He developed his skills as a leader-maker at Prudential Life Assurance, where he held numerous leadership positions over the course of 25 years, including CEO.
Veejay have learned a lot about what makes a successful workplace atmosphere, and he believes it starts with enthusiastic, well-mentored leaders. His experience in different environments has allowed him to take an iterative approach to helping people embrace what life threw at them. Veejay has been able to adapt to different markets and appreciate the cultural nuances.
