John Cock

John is an architect, designer and project manager, with experience in Hong Kong, Australia and South-east Asia. He has specialized in design development, project documentation, specification, project coordination and statutory compliance issues, primarily for commercial, retail, hospitality and institutional building projects.

In addition, he offers specialist skills in contract and practice administration and forensic architectural consulting. He has also performed similar consultancy work in the form of contract “health checks” for both contractors and employers to identify and review risks posed by their construction contracts.

His experience also includes interior and industrial design, commercial and business management. He advises on construction contract preparation, formation and administration, and has undertaken technical due diligence for parties contemplating acquisition of construction companies or funding of projects.
