Samsung C&T is a US$60 billion revenue South Korean multinational conglomerate company which comprises of numerous subsidiaries and affiliated businesses.
Background
Samsung C&T is involved in Samsung Electronics, Samsung Heavy Industries, Samsung Engineering and now venturing into palm oil plantations in Indonesia with a horizon of 250,000 hectares.
Challenges & Expectations
S&G Biofuel Pte Ltd is a JV with Gandaerah and required the service of operational management and strategic plantation management post JV to assess the yields and productivity of their 20,000-hectare plantation in Riau, Sumatra.
Our Role on the Project
Scope of Services
Our service scope including proposing plantation due diligence and management monitoring tools and secondment of a full-time senior management on site.
