The client is a Malaysian Federal Government statutory body, with the vision of developing Iskandar Malaysia into a strong and sustainable metropolis of international standing.
Background
The Client has appointed the consultant
team to review and produce the Comprehensive Development Plan 2020-2030 (CDPiii) for Iskandar Malaysia in Johor.
Challenges & Expectations
The study aims to check and enhance the current Comprehensive Development Plan II Iskandar Malaysia 2014-2020 (CDPii) in accordance with the latest policies and changes in developments in Iskandar Malaysia and to accommodate growth suit the current scenario based on the various trends in the world.

- Assessment of current State, National, Regional and International economic development policies and directions and their impact to Iskandar Malaysia
- Benchmarking assessment of development strategies for developed countries
- Conduct assessment of Digital Economy and Industrial Revolution 4.0 and recommendations
- Provide key directions and strategic initiatives for sustainable development in the study area
