Position: People & Organisational Development Executive
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Assisting in overall manpower planning, which include the recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance appraisals.
- Assisting in recruitment and hiring process, which include the job description preparation, coordination for interviews, candidate evaluation, appointment, on-boarding and termination.
- Assisting in the review of employee compensation package, benefits and incentive programmes.
- Assessing training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Promote positive work place atmosphere and culture, and foster cross-functional relationships.
- Assisting in manage employees’ grievance and complaints, and facilitate resolutions.
- Maintaining record of the employees and support in other day-to-day HR functions.
Requirements:
- Candidate possess Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Candidate with two years of experience or more are preferred.
