Client

Yayasan Budi Penyayang Malaysia (PENYAYANG) is a foundation incorporated for the purposes of receiving donations, subscriptions or otherwise, and to administer such funds for education, public welfare, research, health, medical and other charitable purposes for the benefit of needy Malaysians, irrespective of colour, race or creed.

Background

As part of the effort to uplift the state’s economy and create more employment opportunities, the client wishes to venture into Batik business.

Challenges & Expectations

The consultant was to design a fully functioning business plan and financial model for the proposed Batik business to provide economic and social progression in the state.

We were appointed to assist them to look into a private sector venture to rehash their Batik projects and look at sustainable funding models and implementation models.
