Client

The Tradewinds Group is a listed billion ringgit corporation and key corporate player in Malaysia, with a strong foundation in the food and plantation industries and a diversified range of trade ventures that complement our stellar reputation as a leading business entity. Their security guard arm is PRISM.

Background

The client requested for us to evaluate options as to whether they should keep the subsidiary or sell off the stake. 

Our Role on the Project

Scope of Services

We were engaged to provide an independent business review on the subsidiary and provide recommendation on the disposal decision.

Solutions / Outcomes Delivered

• Assist the Company to review the corporate and business plans for the Company, for internal and external use, to facilitate their objectives and targets Implementation
• Having carried out a review of the operations and rehashed business and financial plans, we advise to dispose the stake based on a certain value. 
• We were also involved in the bridging of an investor with an offer.
• Advised senior management on possible gaps in pre-existing strategic business plan
