Client

Sitrac Corporation, founded in 1989, is a developer for 1,400 acres of land in Janda Baik, Bukit Tinggi under the name of Tanarimba. 

Background

The Company has reserved approximately 200 acres of land to pursue commercial development.

Challenges & Expectations

About one-fifth of  Tanarimba has been set aside for low density development, with the remaining land maintained as a forest reserve. The development aims to co-exist in balance and in harmony with nature.

Our Role on the Project

Scope of Services

We were engaged to carry out a funding memorandum after a due diligence of Tanarimba, which is set in 7,299 acres of lush tropical rainforest at an elevation of between 1,500 ft and 4,500 ft above sea level. 

Solutions / Outcomes Delivered

• Preparation of financial models, strategic business plans, project briefs and implementation programmes to achieve the growth scenarios
• Prepare investment teasers, funding memorandums and investment due diligence documentation packs for potential investors
• Carried out thorough transaction support and advisory services throughout the process.
• Revitalised the existing business strategy by recommending possible alterations with comparative analysis on cost and benefit.
