Dato’ Ranbir is an accomplished senior transformational leader with 30+ years demonstrated work experience in telecommunications, IT, and, defense & security in the Asia Pacific Region.

He is a hands-on professional with strong general management, sales & marketing, business development, strategy, and operational experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment with P&L responsibility. Dato’ Ranbir has strong personal leadership skills, high moral integrity and ethics, and is able to manage and collaborate in complex and diverse environments. He has the experience and ability to grasp operational and strategic issues in order to influence and manage multiple stakeholders in complex organisational environments.

He has held senior management positions with leading corporations such as Telstra, BT, Maxis, Andersen, TM and Amdocs. Dato’ Ranbir is a recognised and respected leader in the industry known for his professionalism combined with a high level of domain expertise with excellent interpersonal skills.

Currently Dato’ Ranbir spearheads the South East Asian region for BAE’s Advanced GEOINT Systems division.
