Our Role on the Project

•

Scope of Services

As part of the multi-disciplinary consultant team, our role was to carry out a detailed cost estimation & Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for the TTG based on the conceptual & preliminary design.

Solutions / Outcomes Delivered

Leveraging on our experiences working on previous port project and benchmark on similar port developments, we have identified several operating model for the TTG, include the conventional model and tenant-centric model.

Working with the quantity surveyors & engineers, the team identified the capital expenditure & operating expenditure for TTG. With this information, the team had developed a 30 years full-fledged financial model that simulate the project’s financial. This helped to quantify the economic costs & benefits in monetary terms for calculation of project returns.

Pricing for the services is the single most important area to ensure the financial viability of the project. To this extent, we have conducted extensive sensitivity analysis to test the fluctuation of project returns against selected parameters.
