The company has been involved in tremendous retailing and high-profile projects in the city. The company, which started to venture overseas two years ago, has a branch in Bangkok, which is reporting good sales.
Challenges & Expectations
In order to fund for the company’s expansion plan, the client has approached us to develop an investment memorandum and assist in the fund raising process.

Scope of Services
We were appointed to raise funds to capitalise the growth plans of Light Style into Malaysia and overseas. The scope of services include:
- Review of business performance
- Formulation of business growth plan
- Preparation of investment memorandum

- We have developed a five years business plan, detailing the focus products, target markets, market entry strategy, market size and strategic partnership to establish.
- Our team have proposed several investment & funding options, providing evaluation on the pro and cons of each options available.
- We also prepared a business strategy implementation roadmap with clear KPIs for the client to implement the strategic change proposed.
