Background
The Client’s provides various Islamic Banking solutions through their digital platforms, focusing on improving the liquidity of WAFF using blockchain technology.
The Client’s company is made up by a strong team with deep technical expertise in blockchain and years of experience in Islamic Finance across Middle East & Asian countries.
Challenges & Expectations
As a young company with three years of operation, the Client feels pressure in expanding its business coverage due to its lacking of track record and reputation.
The Client wishes to develop a strategic business plan to guide the business expansion for the next five years.
Our Role on the Project
Scope of Services
We were engaged to provide the following services:
- Review the current business model
- Facilitate the formation of business vision & enhance the business model
- Recommend on the organisational structure & product positioning
Solutions/Outcomes Delivered
Working with the Client’s management, we have organised and facilitate a design thinking workshop with the top management to map out the current business dynamics & identify the business pain points.
Leveraging on our proprietary design thinking methodology and toolkits, we have co-create an enhanced business model for the Client, focusing on strategic tie-up with selected business partners that are providing various value-added services which have strong synergy with the Client’s products. Recommendations were also made on the Client’s organisational structure to improve the agility.
We have developed a time-phased implementation roadmap with clear KPIs at departmental level & the reward system
