Asia Pacific Land (AP Land) is an investment vehicle by the Low Yat Group. AP Land was listed in Malaysia with RM500million market capitalization value. ​

Background​

AP Land’s principal business activities are golf course operations, investment holding, property investment property development and now venturing into oil palm plantations.​

​

Challenges & Expectations​

In order to fund for its business expansion, the client seeks for investment, debt and funding opportunities of amount RM135 million for its subsidiary PT Tunas Prima Sejahtera in Indonesia. Client also sought for efficiency debt structures.​

Scope of Services​

Our scope is to provide a fund-raising exercise for the company which look at various sources including equity funding and debt funding.​

Solutions / Outcomes Delivered​

• Preparation of financial modeling for the 10,000-hectare green field plantation in East Kalimantan.​
• Preparation of a funding teaser, funding memorandum and due diligence.​
• Structuring advisory on the debt including a Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia structure giving the client an efficient lending cost based on drawdown aspects.​
