The client are the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of International Trade & Industry
Background
Performing an Information Security Assessment will provide the ministries with a holistic view to more accurately focus resources and cost-effectively address risks, through the adoption of a prioritized approach.
The review will enable the ministries to develop an integrated approach to their security strategy, form a security strategic plan that will be in line with existing and future organizational and national drivers
Our Role on the Project
Scope of Services
The assessment to each ministry and its departments will include:
- Offline policies and procedures review (documentation)
- Interview of key personnel with regards security management
- Internal network scan for vulnerability assessment
- External network scan for vulnerabilities assessment
- OSINT gathering about the entity
Solutions/Outcomes Delivered
Provided a detailed findings report and presentation per each ministry which include all the findings from the project activities, including risk type, description and severity rating.
Found out the key security threats and the implication for each entity of the ministries. The main findings have been outlined, assigned a priority level and be accompanied with a clear set of recommendations for their mitigation..
