The event was held from 28-30 September 2020 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre, Bangunan Sulaiman. Officiated by Prime Minister YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, MUF2020 is the nation’s very first hybrid conference and it received participations from all over the world who virtually joined the programmes amid Covid-19 outbreak.
MUF2020 is Malaysia’s inclusive multi-stakeholder forum on sustainable urbanisation. The National Urban Forum is the main platform to encourage inclusive dialogue and participation at national and local level. Between 2017 to 2020, 25 countries have organised the forums demonstrating their commitment towards sustainable urbanisation.
