Client
Cosville Holdings Sdn Bhd is the holding company of Oil Palm World. Incorporated in 1996, the principal activities of the company include investment holding and the provision of consultancy and management.
Cosville also has shareholdings in PT Agro Indomas, which is a US$200million plantation company of 18,000 hectares in Indonesia, and Barclay Resources Sdn. Bhd., a human resource training company.
Background
As a regular exercise for the company, the client would like to conduct a business planning study that will guide the business expansion for next five years.
Challenges & Expectations
As a traditional plantation and investment holding company, the client feels the need to diversify the business to be more sustainable in the long term.

Scope of Services
We were engaged to prepare a review of the business plan and make necessary recommendations for the business expansion plan for next five years.
Solutions / Outcomes Delivered
- We assisted the company to review their corporate and business plans. This include the organizational structure, internal process, financial performance and investment activities over the years.
- We advised the senior management on possible gaps in pre-existing strategic business plan and made recommendations on the necessary improvements required.
