Ayer Hitam Tin Dredging Malaysia Berhad was incorporated in 1976 and is a listed vehicle under the Duta Group and has numerous subsidiaries who engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. It also develops and manages hotels and trades goods and services.​

Background​

In view of the growing business and project portfolio, the client is feeling a pressing need to acquire more cash flow to fuel the business needs. Hence, the client wishes to explore the possibility of corporate restructuring and fund ​

Challenges & Expectations​

The client is in need of consultancy and advisory services for the propose of restructuring scheme including a property development Taman Juara Jaya to Securities Commission in order to achieve their corporate objectives.​

Scope of Services​

Our scope under this engagement include a corporate restructuring exercise and fund raising exercise which include:​

• Review the various operating units, functionality and assess the financial positions of each units​
• Proposed a streamlined operating structure which optimize the operating cost and revenue distribution​
• Assist in the fund raising exercise & carry out due diligence for the company​

• Reviewed the profit and cash flow forecast and projections of the Company​
• Review the proforma consolidated balance sheet of the company​
• Participated as an observer member of the Due Diligence Working Group ​
