Talk Focus Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 20th November 2006 in Malaysia, with principal activities to transact business in all kinds of ICT technology, telecommunication services and retail marketing.​

Background​

The company and their shareholders intend to launch NSP services as Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) by virtue of an agreement with DiGi, one of the largest telecommunications companies in Malaysia.​

Challenges & Expectations​

To better prepare for funding plans gearing towards a listing exercise on the Bursa Malaysia ACE Market, the Client is in need of a comprehensive funding strategy and pre-IPO planning. ​
