Client
The Northern Corridor Economic Region is a government body tasked with facilitating the development of the northern Malaysian states.
Background
The NCER Development Plan, encompasses the states of Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Northern Perak.
The vision of the corridor is to achieve a world-class economic region by the year 2025.
Challenges & Expectations
The Perlis state is one of the smallest state in Malaysian in terms of land size and population.
In order to drive the economic transformation of the state, the Client aspire to develop a strategic development plan that will guide the physical and economical development in the state.
Our Role on the Project
Scope of Services
- Provision of Strategic Development Plan for the State of Perlis
- Worked in tandem with industry experts on Strategic Project Initiatives to accelerate the economic transformation of the state
- Tasks undertaken involved detailed master planning, implementation and feasibility studies

- Analysis of current industry trends, benchmarking against global projects and deciphering future trends
- Design a comprehensive selection of strategic projects for implementation under the property and tourism sectors
