SteriPack have been servicing the Medical Device Industry worldwide for more than two decades and is recognized globally as an industry leader in providing medical packaging solutions.​

Background​

Since SteriPack’s inception in 1994 the group has grown steadily, undergoing expansion with manufacturing facilities located in Ireland, Poland and Malaysia.​

​

Their ISO Class 8 cleanroom production facilities house all our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring that they remain at the very highest levels of quality and service at all times.​

Challenges & Expectations​

Steripack Malaysia wanted to establish and operates a 90,000 sq ft facility in Malaysia as part of their expansion plan.​

Our Role on the Project​

Scope of Services​

Our scope was to raise the funding requirement of RM25 million and assist in the incentives required.​

• Preparation of financial models, strategic business plans, project briefs and implementation programs to achieve the growth scenarios​
• Prepare investment teasers, funding memorandums and investment due diligence documentation packs for potential investors​
• Carry through transaction support and advisory services throughout the process.​
