Girish spoke about how a leader's success in today’s business world hinges on technological adaptability in an ever-changing world.

“Digital transformation starts with leadership and making sure that all leaders know how to go about the processes that need to be digitised and digitalised. The second most important thing is to make sure we have the right people who know how to walk through this intricate, but extremely  impactful process. All SMEs should start looking into this. It is not expensive, but the ROIs will definitely be there in the medium term” - Girish Ramachandran.

RH Forum: Avoiding Disputes via Managing your Project Risk

Our RH Forum jointly organised with RSM was held on 28th October 2021. It touched on the different benefits and risks of any construction project, and why it is critical for both project managers and team members to be familiar with them. Some of the most common project risks were communication risks, cost risks, technological risks, external hazard risks and reworking.

“Risk always arises from steps and strategies taken by an individual or an organisation. And when a property developer for example, launches a new project, what is the risk of not achieving 100% sales? As you know, sales is very critical to the success of a project. So the key question is, what are the chances of not achieving that target? How does a developer manage the risk of not achieving 100% sales?” - Dato’ Robert Teo.

Elaine has worked on a diverse repertoire of projects, with over 27 years of experience as a Special Programmes Administrative Officer. A highly competitive and self motivated member of the 27 Group, Elaine provides seamless support in coordinating and facilitating communications projects.
