Executive Director of 27Group Girish Ramachandran was part of Urbanice Malaysia’s ‘The Crit Session’ as part of the Malaysia 100 Year Cities. The weekend workshop was aimed at evaluating the participating universities progress as well as the work done and to allow students to interact with industry players and experts as well as professional bodies.

This month, we welcome on board Dinesh Nambiar, Chairman of Lendlease Malaysia as 27Group’s Senior Advisor in Real Estate and Project Development. He brings with him local expertise in urban regeneration projects and a solid experience in the construction industry, having spent close to 30 years in it. Mr Nambiar is also the Chairman of the Malaysia Australia Business Council.
