27Advisory sees strong growth in Natural Capital & Technology Consulting as it unveils updated RH2.0 Strategies for Transformation
27Advisory recently announced a sharpened growth strategy built around two pillars: its fast‑expanding natural capital and technology consulting business, and a new CSR transparency platform, CheckMyCharity.com, to be launched in Q1 2026. The announcement was made at the firm’s RH2.0 Perspectives 2026 event, which set out proposals for deep SEZ integration and AI commons, radical fiscal governance reset, food resilience and agro‑tech, energy and biomass‑driven transport decarbonisation, climate‑proof infrastructure, SME regulatory rewiring and frontier skills to support Malaysia’s next phase of nation‑building.
Natural capital & RH2.0 project pipelines
Associate Director, Ivan Yee, explained that RH2.0 is now moving from policy ideas into concrete project pipelines in areas such as agro‑food resilience, biomass, water, transport decarbonisation and climate‑proof infrastructure. He said that 27Advisory’s natural capital work treats ecosystems, biomass and climate resilience as investable assets, aligning investor returns with measurable social and environmental outcomes across Sabah, Sarawak, Johor and the wider ASEAN region.
Building on the RH2.0 perspectives, the group highlighted opportunities to operationalise these ideas through initiatives such as a Malaysia Food Farms Network of climate-smart agro parks, a bio-circular SAF supercluster for sustainable aviation and marine fuels, and a National Water & Flood Resilience PPP Facility to finance long-horizon resilience projects. These pipelines are designed to tie RH2.0 reforms directly to investable structures spanning agro‑tech, bio‑circular economy, infrastructure and green mobility.
RH2.0 reform strategies
The RH2.0 Perspectives 2026 platform also showcased nine interlinked reform strategies ranging from deep SEZ integration to talent and education compacts. These include a City‑State Digital Energy Triangle concept for SEZs, a National AI Data Commons, outcome‑based social contracts in fiscal transfers, clean transport corridors, Industry 5.0 zones, care‑economy programmes and frontier skills visas to attract and retain high‑value talent.
By anchoring these reform blueprints in real projects, 27Advisory aims to position RH2.0 as a practical nation‑building agenda rather than a purely conceptual framework. The firm is engaging governments, investors and corporates to structure PPPs, blended‑finance vehicles and SEZ‑linked programmes that translate these strategies into measurable jobs, resilience and inclusion outcomes.
Business growth & digital ventures
Commenting on the group’s performance, Tay Yee Ming noted that revenue across 27Advisory, 27Projects and 27Digital has grown more than five times this financial year, driven by demand for integrated strategy, project structuring and digital execution. She added that the firm remains cautiously optimistic for 2026, focusing on disciplined execution and selective growth in SEZ integration, agro‑tech, bio‑circular economy, water resilience, SME transformation and other RH2.0‑linked opportunities.
The digital and technology consulting portfolio is increasingly oriented around AI‑enabled solutions aligned with RH2.0, including data platforms for fiscal and regulatory reforms, agro‑AI optimisation tools, and SME export and compliance accelerators. These offerings are designed to help clients operationalise RH2.0 priorities such as regulatory rewiring, AI commons, and frontier‑skills development.
CheckMyCharity.com – CSR & charity transparency
On the CSR and charity front, 27Advisory will launch CheckMyCharity.com in Q1 2026 as a verification‑driven platform that helps donors give with confidence.
“CheckMyCharity.com is our way of applying RH2.0 discipline to the charity space – every listed case or organisation is checked, verified and clearly documented so that funds and support can flow directly and transparently,” said Ee Wei Yuan, who leads the initiative. The platform will focus on due diligence, disclosure and direct giving for both corporate CSR programmes and individual donors across Malaysia.
By embedding RH2.0 principles of governance, transparency and measurable outcomes, CheckMyCharity.com aims to set a new benchmark for CSR and philanthropy infrastructure in the region. It will also complement 27Advisory’s advisory and digital work by offering corporates a structured channel to align CSR spending with verified social impact.
Awards & recognition
In recent years, 27Advisory has been recognised with multiple awards, including honours from KSI, listings among Consulting Asia’s top regional firms, Dun & Bradstreet performance accolades and SME100 Fastest Growing enterprise recognition. These awards underscore the firm’s track record as a Malaysian‑grown advisory, project and digital group delivering high‑impact, outcomes‑driven work for public and private clients.
