M Taufiq Nazarudin

Taufiq is a trained architect specialize in the work of Urban Framework, Systems & Economics, within the platform of strategy framework research, report & consultancy. He has spent about 7 years working in a Corporate Commercial Architecture Firm focusing on competitions, proposals & projects in the category of High-Density-High-Rise Projects (Offices, Residential, Hotel, Retail & etc.), Mixed-Use Developments, Transportation and Masterplans.

He had mainly worked on projects that were located within the City Centre of Kuala Lumpur, dealing with a lot of design works at international competition standard, viability studies such as urban fabric issues, financial model, planning, product mix, in leading a multi-disciplinary field team of various sizes and a close rapport with the local authority. Some of the notable projects that he had worked on are Oxley Towers & PKNS HQ.

His responsibility had always been at the fore front and centre, being in front contact with the principal client and their executive team, defining the project brief, and exploring additional project scopes/potentials, lead and provide direction to the design team to completion of the project deliverables. He had worked with many types of clients from Private Corporates, GLCS, Gov Agencies, Development Consultants, and Professional Institutes.
