Girish Viswanathan

Girish Viswanathan has over 8 years of experience in overseeing portfolio of various projects with large multinational companies ranging from industrial to commercial projects. His education background is in Mechanical Engineering, and he is also a Professional Technologist accredited by Malaysia Board of Technologist and he is also registered with BEM.

His past experience include working with Lendlease Malaysia contributing to the prestigious integrated projects within the TRX development. He has experience in leading cross-functional teams throughout the construction project lifecycle, commencing from the project’s inception during the design phase and execution of brownfield/greenfield projects.  His responsibilities have encompassed spearheading the preconstruction phase, a pivotal stage demanding comprehensive site evaluations and meticulous feasibility studies to ascertain project feasibility and risks. He has overseen the intricate bidding and procurement procedures, spanning from the preparation of tender documents to the evaluation of competitive bids.

He also has strong proficiency in utilising industry-standard project management planning software & tools i.e MS Project and project documentation software, i.e Procore & Oracle Aconex. Throughout his working experience, he has completed number of industrial to commercial projects spreading across design concept phase to close out and handover of the projects. In addition to his experience leading the construction project life cycle activities, he is also responsible for overall financial status of the project cost control including updating of labour cost reports, summary cost reports and project status summaries.
