Morgan Lagan Parag

Morgan graduated from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) with Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering in the year 2012. He is goal-oriented and self-motivated engineer equipped with hands-on experience since the early start of his career mainly under Oil & Gas Industry in 2012 where he involved in Upstream (Platform Fabricator), Downstream (Plant Maintenance) & Petrochemical Plant (ABF) projects. Morgan is a registered Graduate Member under Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and had nine solid years of under Project Management, Planning & Scheduling.

A planning engineer by trade, Morgan has demonstrated proficient skillset in developing, monitoring, managing work programs and provided work breakdown structures for complex projects mainly for Platform Fabricator. Morgan has directly involved in the successful completion of five (5) projects of offshore platforms fabrication and installation off Sarawak Water, three (3) numbers of onshore oilwell site exploration at Miri Region, 2 numbers of downstream and petrochemical project for MLNG and ABF respectively. Apart from planning, he was entrusted as the Project / Site Engineer and successfully executed the MLNG & ABF project deliverables accordingly.

Widening his career portfolio, Morgan recently started his first exposure in Infrastructure Industry with his involvement in Limbang & Bunut Bridge project and now continues his journey in the infrastructure with Independent Consultant Engineer (ICE) for RECODA. In the nutshell, Morgan is built for tough jobs but on personal interest level, he just loves gardening, golfing, and playing chess in his freetime.
